We offer delivery services within India and abroad. If your location is not within our delivery areas, you will be notified during the checkout process, and we won't be able to process your order.

While we make every effort to deliver within the specified timeframes, please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
1.3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be calculated based on the delivery address and the weight/size of the purchased products. You will see the applicable delivery charges during the checkout process.
1.4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track the status of your shipment. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your delivery.
1.5. Delivery Receipt
Upon delivery, please ensure that you or an authorized representative is available at the provided shipping address to receive the package. To ensure security and a smooth handover, we may require a signature upon delivery.
1.6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery attempt fails due to the unavailability of the recipient or any other reason, our delivery partner will make reasonable attempts to contact you and schedule a re-delivery. Please note that additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
1.7. Damaged or Missing Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package carefully. If you notice any damage to the packaging or any missing items, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
Exchange or Return of Goods
At Varnudais, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our Return Policy to understand the procedures and conditions for returning products.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible for a return if:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong product.
- You have to share a unboxing video with complete 360 coverage of the product without any pause or cuts.
- There should be no dye stains or machine stains on the product.
2. Timeframe for Returns
Please initiate the return process within 2 days of receiving the product. After this period, we may not be able to accept your return.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at support@varnudais.in and provide your order details and reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you related information.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Clearly write the address on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will bear the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, copyright restrictions, or other considerations. Such items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on our website.
Note: No exchange or return for dye stains or machine stains in saree (most dyeable sarees comes with dye stain ).
